Cloony (M)

Clooney is a beautiful and very friendly 4-year-old cat who was found malnourished with a badly broken front leg in South Los Angeles.  His leg was successfully repaired and Clooney is ready for a forever home.  Clooney is occasionally wobbly on his feet and a bit uncoordinated perhaps due to a mild genetic condition so he needs to be carefully cared for in an indoor only home.  Clooney doesn't like other cats (or dogs) so he needs to be an only cat.  Clooney loves attention and just wants to snuggle with his forever person! More Info

Jerry (M)

Jerry is very playful and friendly. He get along well with other cats, however did test positive for FIV. . More Info

What is FIV?
FIV stands for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV).  While FIV sounds scary, the latest research is showing that cats with FIV most often live long, healthy, and relatively normal lives with no symptoms at all.  FIV is not a threat to people; it is strictly a cat disease.  Furthermore, not all cats that test positive for FIV actually have the disease. This is because cats that have been vaccinated for the disease will have FIV antibodies in their blood and will therefore test positive for the disease.  Please let us know if you are interested in meeting one of our wonderful FIV+ cats!
